Enhanced Risk of Severe Weather Today

Overnight the SPC added an enhanced risk of severe weather for a good part of our region. This is a level 3/5 risk of severe weather with damaging winds being the main threat. There is also a risk for large hail and a few isolated tornadoes around the region. The main threat will come between 11 AM - 8 PM. We are expecting watches and warnings so make sure you know the difference between the 2 and have multiple ways to receive those weather alerts. We will have updates throughout the day today.
