Scattered Thunderstorms are possible Monday Evening and Overnight ; Some Could be Strong to Severe

A few scattered strong to severe storms are possible this evening and tonight mainly across Eastern Kentucky and Southwest Virginia where a level 2/5 risk of severe storms has now been issued for tonight. Most of the rest of the area is in a level 1/5 risk of severe storms. Damaging winds and large hail are the main threats.
